Alumni Applicants

DEADLINE: ALL LOE SUBMISSIONS TO OUR OFFICE BY JUNE 1ST!!

If you are an alumnus of Georgia Tech pursuing a career in the health professions, Pre-health Advising is here to help! You have access to the same services that we offer undergraduate students who are applying to professional school including our free Letters of Evaluation (LOE) collection service.

In order to use Georgia Tech's LOE service, you will need to recover your password for your GT account.

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Look up your GTID#
  2. Once you have accessed your GTID, you can use this page to manage your account (ie. change password and update other information).
  3. Use your GT Account information to create a Pre-health Profile through the Pre-health website home page.

If this does not work, contact the LOE Coordinator at pre-health@provost.gatech.edu for more help.

Be sure to check out these documents as well.

These documents are essential resources for students and alumni who are using the LOE service, which will receive your LOE(s) and distribute them to the professional schools to which you are applying. We will also hold onto your letters for 5 years in case you need to use the service in the future.

Reapplicants

Make sure to update your Pre-health Profile and LOE Application.  Once you have done this, contact the LOE Coordinator and ask for your LOEs from previous cycles to be added to your profile. **Keep in mind that an LOE should be updated if it is more than two years old**

Again, if you have any questions about using Georgia Tech's LOE service, be sure to contact the LOE Coordinator at pre-health@provost.gatech.edu.

DON'T FORGET, JUNE 1ST IS THE DEADLINE FOR ALL LOE SUBMISSIONS!!
